Shipping Information
When will my order ship and when will I receive my order?
Most orders ship within 1-3 days following order placement, with an estimated delivery of 4 business days. Reference the product page for specific information or reach out to support@plc-direct.com if you have questions about an order you placed.
Please note that, where there is a lead time, the lead time is an estimate only; if you need your item by a firm deadline, please contact us at support@plc-direct.com prior to order placement and we can provide a definite range of product delivery.
Do you offer expedited or next day air services?
On select products, we are able to offer expedited or next day air services. Please contact in advance of placing your order to see if your order is eligible for this service. You can inquire by emailing support@plc-direct.com.
How much do you charge for shipping?
PLC Direct offers free shipping worldwide. Expedited orders are subject to additional charges on a discretionary basis. Please contact us if you require expedited shipping. Customers outside of the US may encounter import duties depending on their country's trade laws and regulations; these additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
