It protects motors 55kW@400V thanks to a thermal range 95-120A, a tripping class 10A and phase unbalance protection. LRD4367 is a TeSys LRD thermal overload relay from Schneider Electric for direct mounting on TeSys D contactors. With a thermal setting range 95-120A, a tripping class 10A and phase unbalance detection, it protects motors 55kW@400V. It provides manual test & reset buttons, automatic reset, trip auxiliary contact and flag indicator. Available worldwide, it is multi-standards certified (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, Marine). Thermal overload protection relay, bimetallic type, with phase unbalance protection (differential). Direct mounting on the bottom terminals of a Tesys contactor LC1D115 and D150 to form a compact starter. Light and compact, 120mm wide. Temperature compensated for a good accuracy of the protection. Manual control with test & reset buttons, manual / automatic reset selector. Trip signaling with 1NO+1NC auxiliary contacts and trip flag indicator. TeSys GV extended rotary handle, for motor circuit breakers GV2L, GV2P mounted inside an enclosure and to be operated externally. For emergency switch usage, it provides a red handle on yellow front plate with indication of 3 positions OFF, ON, TRIP. To be mounted on the door of the enclosure, the handle mechanism ensures an IP54 protection to the mounting. It also includes a mounting adaptor to be screwed on the face of the circuit breaker, and an extension shaft to be be adjusted in length (distance between the door and the back of the circuit breaker must be in range 146-256mm). Padlockable in OFF position with up to 3 padlocks (to be ordered separately).
