
This XPSDME safety module monitors 6 coded magnetic switches. It meets the requirements of PL c/Category 2 conforming to EN/ISO 13849-1.and SILCL1 conforming to EN/IEC 61508 and EN/IEC 62061. Used in conjunction with XU2S single-beam photo-electric sensors (periodically tested), it establishes a category 2 light curtain conforming to IEC/EN 61496 parts 1 and 2. It has additional solid-state output for communication with PLCs about safety status of your process.

This XPSECME safety module allows to expand the number of safety contacts available on XPS base modules. It is supplied with 24V AC/DC, has 4 safety circuits, 2 additional outputs and removable spring terminals. This safety module meets the requirements of PL e/Category 4 conforming to EN/ISO 13849- and SILCL3 conforming to EN/IEC 61508 and EN/IEC 62061 (when connected to the appropriate module). It allows extension of the number of safety contacts, are available as additions to Preventa XPS base modules (Emergency stop, limit switch, two-hand control, etc.). 24V AC/DC supply allows direct supply via an auxiliary transformer, like ABT7 or ABL6, allowing saving at installation time. It has removable terminals for easier and better control wires tightening, thus improving installation reliability. It has spring terminals for fast and reliable wiring of safety circuits.

This Modicon MCM standard ("non-safe") communication module has one EtherCAT connection with two RJ45 (in/out) connectors. It is designed to monitor remotely your safety system with the commonly used EtherCAT protocol, without additional gateways. It has a rated supply voltage of 24V DC. It is furnished with spring clamp terminals, removable terminal block for electrical connection. It is an IP20 rated product. The non-safe communication modules are designed for diagnostics connection and data communication purposes to machine field bus or network systems.
