The X20CP3585 controller is based on an Atom processor clocked at 0.6 GHz and equipped with 256 MB DDR2 SDRAM.

USB, Ethernet, POWERLINK and removable CompactFlash are all included as standard features. A Gigabit Ethernet interface is a standard feature. For even more real-time network performance, the onboard POWERLINK interface supports poll response chaining mode (PRC).

The controller is equipped with 3 slots available for X20 communication modules. Various bus and network systems can easily be integrated into the X20 system through the use of communication modules.

The X20CP1485 is a powerful CPU for the X20 System. This CPU is especially useful for applications that require short cycle times, have to process very large amounts of data, or carry out floating point operations.

Ethernet and USB are onboard. In addition, the CPU has a POWERLINK connection for real-time communication. The only differences from the X20CP3485 are that the X20CP1485 only has one slot for interface modules and a smaller width.

The CPU models X20CP1485 and X20CP1485-1 differ only by SDRAM size.

The X20CP1484 is the smallest Celeron based CPU for the X20 System. However, its shortest cycle time of 800 µs still shows its power. The basic features are the same as those of the larger types.

Ethernet and USB are onboard. In addition, the CPU has a POWERLINK connection for real-time communication. The only differences from the X20CP3484 are that the X20CP1484 only has one slot for interface modules and a smaller width.

The CPU models X20CP1484 and X20CP1484-1 differ only by SDRAM size.

The X20CP0484 is equipped with an ARM Cortex-A9-667 processor, 256 MB RAM and 2 GB built-in flash drive. The FRAM for storing remanent variables has 64 kB available.

With POWERLINK, Ethernet, USB and RS232, the controller offers a wide range of communication options. An optional RS485 or CAN interface is available. If the application requires additional interfaces, the controller can be modularly expanded by one or two X20 interface slots. This allows the entire product range of X20 fieldbus interfaces to be used.

The X20CP0292 is the most powerful of the X20 Compact CPUs. Equipped with Embedded ?P 25 and additional memory, it is predestined for basic drive and visualization applications.

The network capability of the CPU is ensured by an onboard Ethernet interface.

This compact module provides a system for measuring and analyzing vibrations for use in applications such as condition monitoring for machinery and equipment.

The measurement unit consists of 4 vibration inputs with 24-bit converter resolution and a sampling frequency of 51.562 kHz. Each of the inputs has a separately activated constant current source to supply IEPE sensors.

Signal conditioning algorithms integrated in the module include configurable high and low-pass filters, an envelope curve generator and a Fourier transform, among many others.

Various characteristic values and configurable frequency bands are available to ensure seamless signal evaluation. The module-internal calculation minimizes the load on the bus and PLC.

Whether used for traditional condition monitoring or as a means of process optimization, the maximum evaluable frequency of 10 kHz and maximum frequency resolution of under 63 mHz make it suitable for almost any application. If desired, it can also be used as a standard input module.

The ability to upload all values in the time and frequency domain also allow measurements to be evaluated externally or archived.

To connect an X20 system to an X67 system, a bus transmitter is simply connected to the end of the X20 block so that the X2X Link cable can be clamped. The bus transmitter also provides the X2X Link supply voltage of the X67 system. The X67 system power supply module that was previously always necessary can be omitted.
