
This product is part of the Modicon TM3 range, an offer of expansion I/O modules for Modicon M221, M241, M251 and M262. The discrete output module provides 8 transistor outputs with sink (negative)logic. It is an output module with an output voltage of 24V DC and a current consumption of 20mA at 24V DC via bus connector. This product is capable of controlling variable speed drives or any device equipped with a current or voltage input. There is an insulation between output and internal logic at 2300V AC, outputs at 750V AC, output groups at 1500V AC. It is furnished with removable screw terminal for electrical connection with 5.08mm pitch adjustment for outputs. It is an IP20 rated product. This product is part of the Modicon TM3 range, an offer of expansion I/O modules for Modicon M221, M241, M251 and M262. The safety module provides 3 normally opened contacts and unlimited synchronisation time between inputs. It is a safety module with a rated supply voltage of 24V DC, an external supply current consumption of 100mA at 24V DC on power supply and a power consumption 0.2W at 5V DC, 3.6W at 24V DC. The main functions of this module are emergency stop, movable guard, multiple emergency stop, proximity sensor and electro-sensitive protection equipment (ESPE) monitoring. It is furnished with spring terminal for electrical connection. It is an IP20 rated product. Its dimensions are 43.7mm (Width) x 73mm (Depth) x 94mm (Height). It weighs 0.19kg. This TM3 safety expansion module monitors emergency shutdown pushbuttons, limit switches, light curtains and safety mats/edges. It meets the requirements of PL e/Category 4 conforming to EN/ISO 13849-1 and SILCL3 conforming to EN/IEC 62061. It has a module locking latch, 2 TM3 bus connectors designed to provide continuity of the link between connected modules, a symmetrical rail locking clip, display block for the module channels and diagnostics. It completes your Modicon M221, M241 or M251 PLC configuration with a dedicated safety I/O, without the need to use a complete safety controller. It has removable terminals for easier and better control wires tightening, thus improving installation reliability. It is compatible with emergency push buttons, limit switches, safety light curtains and safety mats/edges, the 4 most common safety sensors in the industry. It has spring terminals for fast and reliable wiring of safety circuits.

This product is part of the Modicon TM3 range, an offer of expansion I/O modules for Modicon M221, M241, M251 and M262. The remote receiver module is physically connected by a bus expansion cable, provides 7 I/O channels. It is remote receiver module with a rated supply voltage of 24V DC, a current consumption of 40mA at 24V DC via bus connector and a maximum power dissipation of 1W. The cable distance between devices is 0.5mm to 5mm extension cable with 2 RJ45 conductor between receiver and transmitter. It is furnished with RJ45 connector for connecting the bus transmitter, removable screw terminal block, 3 terminals for electrical connection. It is an IP20 rated product. Its dimensions are 23.65mm (Width) x 73.3mm (Depth) x 90mm (Height). It weighs 0.075kg. This product is certified by CE, Merchant Navy, GOST, CSA HazLoc, C-Tick. It meets Class I Division 2 Groups A/B/C/D CSA C22.2 No 213, Class I Division 2 Groups A/B/C UL 1604, CSA C22.2 No 142, IEC 61131-2 and UL 508 standards. This module is compatible with Modicon M262, Modicon M241, Modicon M251 and Modicon M221 logic controller. It supports top hat type TH35-15 rail conforming to IEC 60715, top hat type TH35-7.5 rail conforming to IEC 60715, plate or panel with fixing kit mount. Modicon TM3 expansion modules have been designed with a simple interlocking assembly mechanism. A bus expansion connector is used to distribute data and the power supply when assembling the Modicon TM3 modules with logic controllers.
